Forget Coco the Clown, performing poodles and the lion tamer. This is Urban Circus - an upbeat, fast-moving, motivational and challenging event where delegates work together to discover hidden talents, so that on return to work, they approach tasks and projects with an invigorated, infectious and positive attitude.

Urban Circus opens with our professional circus performers staging an uplifting show that is as edgy as it is entertaining and as challenging as it is inspirational. In charge is The Ringmaster - both Master of Ceremonies and charismatic street performer, who brings a unique sense of humour and vitality to the event. As the opening performance concludes to rapturous applause, he announces that with the right mental attitude, they too will soon be performing many of the acts they have just experienced.

Now as street performers, the audience is divided into teams and rotate around separate zones to be instructed in acts that may include feather balancing, devil sticks, juggling, extreme Diablo, plate-spinning, low wire walking, stilt walking and rolla bolla, amongst many others. At each zone, the delegates will be mentored by our professional circus performers who teach them the subtleties and nuances of each task. By complementing their new found skills with a positive attitude, the delegates realise that most challenges are achievable. We often link relevant business presentations to each performance to achieve maximum effect and by doing so, add considerable value to the event. This can be staged at each zone or as a separate presentation between zones.

As a Finale, delegates perform en masse to the Ringmaster, often to appropriately loud music! This can take many forms, but it is always uplifting and inspirational. Urban Circus is not only personally motivational; it is also about supporting others to achieve their own goals. This unusual, adrenaline-fuelled event will not only inspire participants to go beyond their personal and shared expectations, but at the same time reinforce your message in an effective and engaging way.
