St James’s Townhouse is a gorgeous and cosy property located in the very centre of Bath and available to hire for friends and family visiting this historic Roman city, as well as respectful hen and stag groups. It has been recently refurbished with quality fittings and a beautiful interior design that creates a “boutique hotel style” feel.
The house is stylishly decorated throughout with comfort and space in mind for large groups, and capable of sleeping up to 16 guests across five beautifully decorated bedrooms.

About St James's Townhouse Bath
Each guest will have their own single bed. Four of these bedrooms have two twin beds that can be zipped together to make super king beds, making the house easily configurable based on your group’s requirements.
The fifth bedroom features four adult sized, spacious bunk beds, each with its own alcove and bedside light, and a sofa bed for an extra two guests. Plus for additional privacy, each bunk has its own curtain. Each bedroom comes complete with a few special touches; a flat screen TV with Netflix and Freeview, and the all-important hairdryers and mirrors so your group can glam or suit up for a big night out.
You’ll have access to 3 deluxe bathrooms at St James’s Townhouse including a master bathroom with a large bath and shower, and two additional bathrooms on the top floor. All bathrooms feature heated towel rails.
You couldn’t be in a more perfect location to enjoy the luxuries that Bath has to offer. On your doorstep and a couple of minutes walk away you can find all of the most popular shopping areas, bars, cafes, restaurants, theatres and cinemas, and even Bath’s iconic Thermae Spa. If you’re travelling via Bath Spa Station, you have a ten minute walk or very short cab journey to the house. We also have a large public car park 100m away from the house for anyone driving to the city.
The living room has been designed as a social hub for guests to relax and have a little fun. Featuring designer furniture, cosy sofas, and bright decor, you’ll instantly feel calm and care-free. You’ll be able to put your favourite Netflix shows on the 55″ HDTV that hangs above a elegant Georgian fireplace, and there’s a music docking station for all your favourite hits.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at St James’s Townhouse in Bath, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
