About Somerset Spa House
The property has a fully functional kitchen so you can cook for your guests or even hire a private chef for the evening. Within the property is a spacious dining room table which is perfect for your group to all sit together to eat and drink.
The garden area has ample seating allowing you and your group to congregate and take in those summer rays.
The property is capable hosting up to 27 guests over 7 bedrooms. There is a mixture of double beds and single beds including a large bedroom that can host a big group – ideal for slumber parties of families with children.
The house also has a two large flatscreen TV’s so when your group aren’t in Bristol or Bath, you can make use of the property whilst on your self catering break.
The property has enough parking for up to 12 cars.

To secure your booking at Somerset Spa House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
