Tyneside Pad is a lovely and large property that can accommodate up to 15 guests across seven bedrooms.
The property is located just a short ten minute drive to the heart of the Newcastle city centre, making it perfect for your group to visit the city during your staycation. The property boasts a huge living room with comfy sofas and Smart TV with games console included, making it the perfect space for groups to socialise with friends and family members, plus it really adds to that home away from home feeling.
You’ll have access to the dining room which features a wooden table with TV making it perfect for you & your group to gather. The dining room also leads to the fully equipped kitchen which consists of oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee/ tea making facilities plus enough kitchenware for your group. Whether you would like to do some home cooking or hire a chef to come to you, this property has you covered.
Across the property you’ll find 7 bright and comfortable bedrooms featuring double beds and one single bed.
Outside you’ll find a lovely garden space featuring stunning garden decking, garden bar, gazebo seating area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for those sunny days where you can soak up those rays, and eat and drink with a spot of fresh air. Also outside you will find a newly installed Hot Tub available to you for an additional fee. The Hot Tub is perfect for you and your group to relax and enjoy the cool jets.
If you’re driving to the property, we have on-site parking as well as off-site parking. The property also offers an EV charger.
Tyneside House is a fantastic property for large groups, including stags and hens, who are looking to experience the city of Newcastle and its fine dining & quirky bars and clubs.
To secure your booking at the Newcastle Tyneside Pad, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
