About Newcastle Geordie House
The house consists of a living room that with mixture of comfy sofas and single chairs. In the room is a Flat Screen TV allowing your group to put your feet up and relax before or after exploring the fine city of Newcastle. The house also has a separate dining room with dining table.
You’ll have access to the fully equipped kitchen during your stay, which includes two ovens, a toasty machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer as well as tea/coffee making facilities.
Across the property you’ll find 8 stylish private and comfortable bedrooms with a mixture of single and double beds.
If you’re driving to the house, on site parking is available for up to six vehicles.

To secure your booking at the Newcastle Geordie House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
