Quad Biking Safari
Go on an extensive trail that winds its way through beautiful country grounds by Edinburgh. Our fleet of modern Yamaha Grizzly quad bikes are easily mastered and great fun. You’ll feel a rush of excitement as you navigate through a number of terrain types and obstacles. Our instructors are EASI/LANTRA accredited and know all of the best areas to explore.
You’ll be issued with helmets and offered waterproofs before you head over to your fully automatic 125cc Yamaha Grizzly. The experience is progressive, mastering techniques in our training field before progressing to the safari where you will follow the instructor and explore the stunning parkland over hills, round ponds and through woods.
4x4 Off Road Driving
Take a 4x4 out on Edinburgh’s finest off-road track, specially designed to give you the most rewarding off road experience. It’s been built to introduce drivers to the skill of 4x4 off road driving; negotiating a variety of terrains including steep ascents, descents and traverses. Mud holes and river rides make this course even more desirable for off road fans and thrill seekers.
We have experienced BORDA (British Off-road Driving Association) qualified instructors on hand to help you master the essentials of 4×4 off-road driving in rugged and sturdy Land Rover Defenders.
Up to three guests will drive the iconic Land Rover Defender through a picturesque woodland and learn the driving techniques to master ascents, descents, water runs and side slopes.
Try your hand at our exceptional archery shooting range! It features a variety of targets and distances across four lanes that provide a challenge to both beginners and familiar shooters alike. You’ll use an appropriately sized recurve bow that suit both right and left handed users. There’s no thrill quite like hitting your first bull!
Our purpose built shooting range is set in natural, ancient woodland for a truly authentic experience. You’ll be given expert tuition to ensure you have a safe and rewarding archery session. Mastering the bow is a great way to build confidence and challenge yourself.
Clay Pigeon Shooting
Clay pigeon shooting is an exciting and challenging sport that offers a challenge to all participants. Our shooting range is custom built and has four butts have been designed to enable a wide variety of shooting options – with ‘birds’ crossing, incoming and travelling away, allowing you to develop your skill and increase the difficulty at your own pace.
You’ll be shown how to shoot by our veteran instructors that have a wealth of experience – they’ll have you hitting those clays in no time! You’ll find it difficult not to leap for joy when you see your target explode mid-flight.
Put your mind and body to the test in our Scottish themed Highland Games. Cabers will be tossed, wellies will be wanged and haggis will be hurled as you work your way through each activity. Experienced instructors will take you through each activity and help you compete in games that you didn’t know even existed! This is a fantastic activity for larger groups and those with a competitive edge about them. Perfect for a warm up activity or to mark the end of a fun-filled day.
