The Brighton Victorian Town House is one of the most beautiful holiday lettings in the entire city, and boasts a prominent place on the seafront and walking distance to the beach.
The property is mapped over five floors and has stunning views of the beach, pier and seaside. There are 8 bright and modern bedrooms and en-suite facilities for your 16 guests relax in. An integral part of the property is a large dining room and living room that have been created with comfort and socialising in mind. The living room features two large sofas, two snuggler chairs, and a sea facing balcony.
Our property is south facing with a lovely little front garden for you to sit and soak up the sun. There is a rear decked garden with BBQ and a roof terrace too.

About Brighton Victorian Town House with Sea Views
The bespoke kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your self catering stay including a La Cornue range oven, Carrara marble worktops and centre island, Hi level Miele combination / microwave oven, and coffee machine. Additionally there are two fridges and an American fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has a super king bed with en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath, plus a dressing room and sea facing balcony. There is a second master bedroom with a another super king bed and en-suite bathroom with Japanese style bath and shower.
There is unfortunately no parking on-site but there is paid public parking nearby.
You couldn’t be in a better place to experience everything Brighton has to offer. Beautiful house, the beach is on your doorstep, and all the best places to eat, drink and shop are within walking distance.

To increase the total occupancy of the property you can also hire the beautiful flat downstairs to sleep an additional 6 guests, totalling 22 across both properties.
This stylish flat has been elegantly decorated and features all the opulence and grace of the 1920s and 1930s Art Deco period. As soon as you enter you’ll be greeted with vivid blacks and dramatic golds, with subtle lighting features.
The flat has its own private entrance and two bedrooms; one king size master bedroom and one smaller double bedroom. There is also one comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. There is one shower bathroom.
The main space of the flat is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The living space has two black sofas and a dining room table to seat six people. The kitchen is well fitted with an electric fan over, electric ceramic hob, SMEG fridge freezer, and dishwasher. You will also have access to one rear terrace with outdoor seating.
