If there is an additional fee, it’s usually between £200–£350 for the weekend, covering cleaning, prep, and maintenance. Split between the group, it’s a small price to pay for the ultimate party upgrade and the chance to chill in the bubbles.
How many people can fit in the hot tubs?
Most of the hot tubs fit 6–8 guests comfortably, but if you’ve got a bigger crew, we’ve got you covered. Some of our larger houses come with huge tubs (or even hydro pools) for the full group soak. A few properties even have two hot tubs (like The Tudor Gathering) so you won’t have to fight over who gets to hop in next.
How often are the hot tubs cleaned?
Every time a group checks out, the hot tub gets cleaned, refilled, and treated to ensure it’s fresh and ready for the next round of party-goers. This is one reason some properties charge a small hot tub fee — hygiene and safety are a priority, so you can soak without worry.

Most hot tubs are available from check-in to check-out, though some homes ask for quiet hours after 10pm to keep things cool with the neighbours. Property owners will usually leave a “Welcome Pack” for you, which will have all these details.
