About Woodsview Country House
Large, welcoming and designed with groups in mind, the Woodsview Country House has large social spaces for celebration gathers or catching up with friends but also cosy corners if you want to break away from the group and have a bit of “you-time.” The house has a well thought through layout that makes it easy to spend time together with your group without feeling like you’re on top of each other.
Spacious living areas
Inside you’ll find multiple lounges and dedicated entertainment rooms, including a games room with a pool table, table tennis, foosball table, air hockey table, darts, basketball hoop throws and a cards table. There’s another relaxing room with a TV, zero-gravity massage chairs, hanging chairs and a gorgeous neon mirror for selfies. There’s plenty of comfy seating for film nights, chats over coffee, or a well-earned afternoon nap in the living room.
Open plan kitchen and dining
The large fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking up big breakfasts or evening feasts. Open plan with the dining room, a 12-seater dining table brings everyone together for proper sit-down meals. A dishwasher and washer/dryer keep the practical bits easy, especially on longer stays.
Six flexible, comfortable bedrooms
All six bedrooms feature double beds and Smart TVs, giving every guest their own relaxed space to switch off. Two rooms include ensuites, one opens onto a private balcony, and the ground-floor bedroom with a full bathroom is ideal for guests who prefer step-free access. The Peak District is about a 35 minute drive away and you’re close to Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield if you wanted to visit a city. You’re a short drive away from several pubs, and 20 minutes from a golf club.

To secure your booking at Woodsview Country House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
