The West Country Self Catering Barn is a luxurious farmhouse surrounded by the beautiful west country landscape. The farmhouse can sleep up to 24 guests in 6 bedrooms and has 5 bathrooms for guests to utilise.

About West Country Barn
The property has a spacious living area with a dining table capable of sitting up to 18 people and Sky TV. There is also a games room with a pool table and an area for the group to relax in. There is ample parking on-site and the garden area has two private hot tubs, a BBQ and patio area with sun loungers and table and chairs. The 6 bedrooms have both double and single beds, perfect for all group types.
All bathrooms have a shower and the main bathroom also has a bath tub.
With Bath city centre just 15 minutes away and Bristol just 25 minutes, the house is ideally located in the countryside with easy access to both cities. There are numerous 1400 and 1600 century villages nearby or Bath Racecourse is just under 10 minutes from the West Country Barn.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at West Country Barn, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
