The Pines Lodging
The Pines Lodging is located in a lovely rural setting and features three separate properties, each with its own salt water hot tub. Our properties have been built to a high standard to give all of our guests a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. Situated just ten minutes from the historic Stratford-Upon-Avon, and five minutes from the pub of the year, The Broom Tavern.

About The Pines Lodging
The lovely Pines Lodging is a welcoming holiday base for large groups wanting to explore Central England and detox from the bustle of city life in a rural location.
The three properties sits next to each other, each sleeping six people, with an optional two extra beds. Across the properties you will find a total of nine bedrooms, three king-size beds, four doubles, and six single beds. Each property benefits from its own kitchen area and private garden.
Our kitchens and living room spaces are open-plan and stylish with plenty of space to cook, dine and relax. They’re well equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, electric oven / hob, and a good complimentary of utensils and cooking equipment.
You’ll also find a large outdoor garden room which can happily seat 20 guests. If you’re driving to the Pines Lodging you can take advantage of our ample free parking on site. Outside you’ll find furniture, kandi fire bowels and BBQs. Everything you need for the BBQ can be purchased at our honesty stall.
Make the most of your trip with our salt water hot tubs that are available at an additional cost. We have chosen a chemical free hot tub that is in line with our green policy, and it’s a fantastic space to gaze at the night stars.
Guests are welcome to access all parts of the farm on site apart from the owner’s garden, house and barn. Nearby are many local walks, and there are plenty of sheep about who like a good head scratching!

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Pines Lodgings near Birmingham, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
