About The New Upton Rise
The New Upton Rise boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen with modern appliances and all the equipment you need to cook up a hearty breakfast or evening feast. It’s a bright, open-plan room with breakfast bar and large dining table, providing the ultimate space to entertain a large group.
Across the 6 bedrooms you will find an array of single & double beds and will be provided with a towel for each guest for your stay at The New Upton Rise.
The large garden outside leaves ample space for you and your group to have some fun in the sunshine. We also provide a BBQ and outdoor seating.
The living room has plush velvet and leather sofas and the space has been created to be inviting and homely. There’s also a large Smart TV mounted on the wall.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The property also offers parking both on the driveway and on street parking.
Additionally, if you venture further than Chester, Liverpool is a 40 minute drive away and Manchester is just an hour’s drive. There is a train station in Chester with regular services to these cities.
Please note The New Upton Rise is located in a residential area. We want all of our guests to enjoy the space but we kindly ask you to keep the noise to a respectable level, particularly in the evening and in the garden.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The New Upton Rise, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
