Sleeping up to 30 guests across 7 bedrooms with an array of single beds, double beds and bunk beds, the Chester Hot Tub Haven is perfect for really big groups that are looking to have a weekend away in the beautiful city of Chester.
With its modern design, you will be staying at an absolutely stunning accommodation. The living room provides a luxurious U-Shaped sofa creating a nice homely feel. We’re confident that you’ll be making full use of our unique hot tub room featuring two large luxury tubs for you to relax in.
The property boasts a large open-plan social area on the ground floor with a large dining area, kitchen and lounge area. With our fully equipped kitchen, you’ll be able to cook all your home comforts. Don’t fancy cooking whilst you’re on your break away? We can book a private chef to prepare a banquet for you in the evening.
With 4 bathrooms across varying floors, you and your group will have plenty of spaces to get ready for a big day or evening out.
The Chester Hot Tub Haven is a short walk to the centre of Chester and Chester Racecourse.
Chester Railway station is only a street a way and the main bus station is a short walk away too.
Please do be aware that the property is in a residential area and while we want our groups to have the best weekend possible we kindly request that noise is kept to a minimum and that the property is treated with respect.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Chester Hot Tub Haven, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
