This house is an approximate 20 minute drive to the Liverpool City Centre where you have the opportunity to explore the sites and sounds Liverpool has to offer, including its restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. Or if you just fancy chilling at the house with a drink in hand you are more than welcome to do so!

Steeple Townhouse is a large beautiful Victorian property ideal for large groups looking for a base of operations for their Liverpool stay. We welcome families, friends, and stag and hen groups.
Located on a residential street and close to the Liverpool and Everton football ground, this townhouse is perfect for fans of football. It’s also a five minute drive to the renowned Aintree Race Course.
You’ll find a modern kitchen with all the equipment and appliances you need to cook up a meal. You can pick up all of your food in the large Sainsbury’s just a quick five minute stroll from the property.
For groups over 21 the property has a self contained basement apartment which sleeps 4. It has its own showroom with open plan lounge and kitchen area.
We also have a lovely garden area for you to soak up the sun and raise a glass!

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Steeple Townhouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
