Stadia House is located in the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool, just 15 minutes from both football grounds.
The self-catering property is made up of 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 25 guests. The location is a big advantage for football fans but it is also just a 10 minute walk from Concert Square (Liverpool’s nightlife hub) and easily walkable from other attractions such as Albert Dock, Beatles Museum and Three Graces.
The property has 6 spacious bedrooms, ideal for large groups and a fully functional kitchen for all your self catering needs. The living area has a large 65″ SMART TV with Spotify Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, perfect for entertaining guests. You’ll also be able to use Amazon Alexa and the PS4.

To secure your booking at the Stadia House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
