The Somerset Self Catering Holiday Home is a modern and stylish property perfect for groups of up to 12 people who are looking for a comfortable and peaceful country getaway.
Located in Chew Stoke, not far from the bustling cities of Bath and Bristol, you’re in a great location to enjoy the idyllic countryside, whilst also being able to travel to these vibrant cities should you wish to experience some nightlife. Even closer is the local village with a range of shops, pubs and restaurants catering to all tastes.
The property has an open plan ground floor and has been designed in mind for groups wanting to get together, catch up and socialise. With a lovely, well-equipped kitchen you’ll have all the facilities and amenities to cook up a banquet, including oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
A large and spacious lounge is waiting for you to sit back and relax with a film of your choice or sporting event for you to cheer on – we have a Sky Package and Netflix account waiting for you.
Outside is our terrace that has a spot for all guests to soak up the sun and take in the beautiful country surroundings. The decked area has a gas BBQ fitted and the marble outdoor bar make eating in the summer all the more convenient. To top things off, we have a six person hot tub for your group to relax in.
The well designed bedrooms provide a handy mix of zip and link beds so that sleeping arrangements for a multi generational group are easy to organise. Two large well kitted out shower rooms, one en suite, accommodate everyone in the party, including those with mobility issues. And there’s a luxury sofa bed for 2 additional guests if required.
If you have a larger group, it’s possible to also hire our Countryside Holiday Home that neighbours this property, so that you can have up to 32 people staying together.
To secure your booking at the Somerset Self Catering Holiday Home, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
