Snowdonia Brynnside House is a modern conversion giving luxury self-catering accommodation for up to 14 in a traditional building dating back to 1830 and situated in 10 acres of beautiful private gardens, woodland, lake and open wild flower meadow.
Brynnside House is made up of two cottages, one that sleeps 14 guests and another sleeping 4. If your group has over 14 guests you will require both properties.
On the ground floor of the property you’ll find a kitchen, dining room, lounge and games room/small lecture room and ground floor en-suite bedrooms. There are three twin and two family bedrooms. The latter have a double beds as well as twin beds on a gallery.
You’ll have access to a well equipped kitchen with a range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Inside the games room we have lots of board games to be enjoyed by families and friends, as well as table tennis.
Snowdonia Brynnside House is located in the scenic hamlet of Coed y Parc on the outskirts of the quarry town of Bethesda. Lying at the mouth of the Nant Francon Valley on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park it is easily accessed via the main A5 and A55 trunk roads. The location is an ideal base to access the mountains and valleys of Snowdonia and we are within a short drive of the stunning beaches of Anglesey and the North Wales peninsula. The Lon Las Ogwen cycle route is within a few hundred yards and the world famous Zip World is on our doorstep!
After a busy day exploring the region you’ll find comfort and relaxation back at the property and grounds where you can take in peaceful mountain views. On-site you’ll find several habitats including gardens, ponds and stream, and a meadow which is home to animals and plants.
There is always something to see regardless of the time of year. Combined with the surrounding area of hills, mountains, rivers and coast it makes an ideal location for nature enthusiasts and anyone who loves being outside and close to nature.
To secure your booking at Brynnside House near Snowdonia, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
