          About Cocktail Making Experience

          A great introduction to the cocktail-making art with the opportunity to make amazing cocktails.

          It’s the perfect way to shake up a birthday, hen party, or just have a blast with friends. Don’t worry about planning – just gather your crew and get ready for unforgettable fun.

          Hosted in venues across the UK; the cocktail making masterclass includes a brief introduction to cocktail tools and the history of each drink. Guests receive a welcome drink on arrival to warm their appetites! As an introduction guests are treated to tasters of spirits from around the world. Exotic and interesting spirits and liqueurs are sampled professionally whilst the bartenders entertain with anecdotes and historically relevant information.

            Cajun Popcorn – lightly battered shrimp bites with a pop of cajun, with lemon mayo
            Nachos (v) – topped with nacho cheese sauce, smoky salsa, smashed avocado, sour cream & jalapenos
            Houmous Duo (v/ve) – beetroot & chickpea houmous with celery & thin, crispy music bread
            Houmous Duo with crunchy veg (gf)

            The Cheeseburger – with skin on fries
            The Blackened Chicken Burger – blackened in cajun butter, served with skin on fries
            Blackened Chicken with carrot and spinach pilau rice (gf)
            The Beet Goes On (v/ve) – a herby beetroot burger with smashed avocado & homous with house salad
            Pea & Courgette Risotto (v/ve/gf)
            Chicken Caesar Salad – creamy sauce, bacon bits & parmesan

            • Cheese and Bacon Beef Burger – Served in a brioche bun with burger sauce, lettuce, pickle, red onion, BBQ sauce and fries
            • Fishcake Salad – Smoked haddock, coley and Applewood Cheddar, in an oat & parsley breadcrumb coating on a superfood salad, with our creamy salad dressing
            • Scampi and Chips – With tartare sauce and your choice of peas or mushy peas
            • Quinoa Chilli with Spicy Rice (VG) – With butternut squash, guacamole, salsa, vegan mayo and tortilla chips
            • Chicken and Bacon Salad – Sliced chicken breast with crispy bacon, served on a superfood salad and our own creamy salad dressing
