This holiday home is absolutely perfect for large group get-togethers that want to experience a homely weekend in the Cotswolds. With the property being just over half an hour away from the Oxford City centre, where you will have access to the sites and sounds the city has to offer. Or if you would rather spend the weekend at the house you will have access to the tennis court and games room.

Your group will be spread between 8 upstairs bedrooms and four bathrooms. There’s plenty of space and home comforts to make your trip feel both familiar and memorable.
Between two kitchens you’ll find everything you need for your self catering stay including an AGA, electric oven and hob, two microwaves, two toasters, two kettles, fridge freezer, American fridge freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
The living room is one of the best places for your group to gather, socialise, and enjoy some drinks with views of the lush private gardens.
Outside, the house enjoys uninterrupted views over the Oxfordshire Cotswolds from the immaculate gardens, including a tennis court and large gated pond. The gardens are large and ideal for games and playing. This unique and spacious house is an exceptional choice and one which we feel ideal for large parties who enjoy the very best in self catering accommodation.
As you arrive at the Oxford Hen House you’ll drive down a mile-long private driveway surrounded by the stunning Cotswolds landscape.
To the front of the house is a large gravelled drive with ample parking. To the rear is a very large garden mainly grassed, with tables and chairs. There is a tennis court, plus a second garden, gated, with a large pond. (Parents of young children should be aware of this.) Surrounding the garden are fields and to one side a working farm, not related to this property.
The Oxford Self Catering Manor is perfect for groups getaways that want to be situated near to Oxford city, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. You’ll find plenty of peace, relaxation and comfort here.

A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
