Welcome to the fabulous 17th Century Cotswold Estate, a magical setting for your break away near Oxford. The Grapevine is exquisitely set in its own sweeping parkland, pasture and woodland and is approached through cast-iron entrance gates, down a long, private, tree-lined carriage drive.
The estate lies within glorious, rolling Cotswold countryside with magnificent views, wonderful walks and total privacy; yet is not isolated being only a short drive to the vibrant, historic, University City of Oxford plus a delightful Cotswold Pub and Restaurant is just a short walk away. London is an hour away and Cheltenham is a 30 minute drive.

About The Grapevine
The Grapevine is set in half an acre of private lawns, adjoining a vineyard and orchard. An open plan kitchen/dining room seats all guests together, and is fully integrated with fridge and freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. Super Fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is provided plus a 40in HD TV with built in DVD player in the sitting room, and TVs in some bedrooms. Of particular note is the stunning conservatory/sitting room, with southerly views over the garden and parkland.
Guests have exclusive use of a hot-tub, BBQ and patio furniture set in private lawns, and shared use of 70 acres of parkland incorporating natural ponds/picnic areas and a Games Barn. An Event Barn is also hireable; ideal for meetings, fun classes, team building exercises, celebrations and more.
The Grapevine has 4 bedrooms sleeps up to 11 guests, and some single beds can also be zipped to form doubles when requested with a minimum week’s notice.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Grapevine near Oxford, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
