Or if you want spend some quality time at the accommodation soaking up the sun in the hot tub you are free to do so. Welcome to the fabulous Large Group Countryside House in the Cotswolds, a magical setting for your break away near Oxford. The Grade II listed countryside house is exquisitely set in the centre of it’s own sweeping parkland, pasture and woodland and is approached through cast-iron entrance gates, down a long, private, tree-lined carriage drive.
The huge countryside manor lies within glorious, rolling Cotswold countryside with magnificent views, wonderful walks and total privacy; yet is not isolated being only a short drive to the vibrant, historic, University City of Oxford plus a delightful Cotswold Pub and Restaurant is just a short walk away. The Oxford city centre is approximately a 45 minute drive away and Cheltenham is a 30 minute drive, this gives you and your group the opportunity to put your feet up and relax in your secluded accommodation or if you are the type of group who love to be on their feet and explore you have ample opportunity to take in the sites these cities have to offer!
Each of these Oxford self catering properties have their own private lawns and grounds. Stag and Hen Groups are welcome with the wonderful nightlife of Oxford being very close by.
The 17th century Grade II listed countryside home in the Cotswolds has a stunning under-floor heated conservatory/dining room, and a beamed sitting room with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. The farmhouse kitchen incorporates granite worktops, a range cooker, and an American style fridge/freezer. Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is provided plus a 40in HD TV and a DVD player in the sitting room, TVs in some bedrooms, utility/laundry room, and a Jacuzzi Bath to the first floor. There are also lots of quiet nooks where you can relax.
Guests have exclusive use of a hot-tub, BBQ and patio furniture set in private lawns, and shared use of 70 acres of parkland incorporating natural ponds/picnic areas and a Games Barn An Event Barn is also hireable; ideal for meetings, fun classes, team building exercises, celebrations and more.

Booking information
To secure your booking at the Large Group Countryside House in the Cotswolds, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
