Situated 35 minutes away from the Oxford city centre, the Cotswold Holiday Abode is the perfect staycation spot for stag and hen group as well as family reunions for groups sizes between 12 to 18 across 6 bedrooms. At the property you will have your own personal hot tub with country views which will take your breath away, as well as BBQ facilities, meaning you can be your own personal chef should you wish to do so. Also available to you is 70 acres of parkland which is shared between the neighbouring properties.

About Cotswold Holiday Abode
Welcome to the fabulous 17th Century Cotswold Estate, a magical setting for your break away near Oxford. The Cotswold Holiday Abode is exquisitely set in it’s own sweeping parkland, pasture and woodland and is approached through cast-iron entrance gates, down a long, private, tree-lined carriage drive.
The Cotswold Holiday Abode sleeps between 16-18 guests across 6 lovely and comfortable bedrooms, plus an en-suite bathroom for each. There are 18 single beds and a number of these can be zipped together to form doubles on request.
The estate lies within glorious, rolling Cotswold countryside with magnificent views, wonderful walks and total privacy; yet is not isolated being only a short drive to the vibrant, historic, University City of Oxford plus a delightful Cotswold Pub and Restaurant is just a short walk away. London is an hour away and Cheltenham is a 30 minute drive.
The Abode is a stunning barn conversion with large open plan reception space, and en-suite shower-rooms to every bedroom. Double doors open onto a private garden, set on the edge of the estate, with far reaching views across our parkland. Ultrafast WIFI is provided plus a HD TV in the sitting room, and TVs in some bedrooms. All guests dine together on our large table and the modern kitchen is fully fitted with American style fridge freezer, range cooker, and dishwasher.
Guests have exclusive use of a hot-tub, BBQ and patio furniture set in private lawns, and shared use of 70 acres of parkland incorporating natural ponds/picnic areas. Additionally, you’ll have shared use of the games room featuring a pool table, table football, air hockey table, and a number of outdoor sporting equipment and games.
The Cotswold Holiday Abode is part of an estate comprising of lots of holiday lets. You can combine multiple properties to sleep up to 40 guests across all buildings. Our Cotswolds properties are perfect for relaxation and rest with friends and family, as well and stag and hen groups wanting a base close to the city of Oxford.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Cotswold Holiday Abode, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Security Deposit
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
