This house is in a remote location that is an approximate 35 minute drive to the Oxford City Centre where you have the opportunity to explore the sites and sounds Oxford has to offer, including its restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. Or if you just fancy chilling in the hot tub with a drink in hand cooking up a BBQ you are more than welcome to do so.

About Oxford Manor Courthouse
The Oxford Manor Courthouse is ideal for large groups looking for a country retreat in the Cotswolds. With a vaulted kitchen/sitting/dining room and far reaching views across parkland, the house offers a unique stay in the English countryside.
Guests have exclusive use of a hot-tub, BBQ and patio furniture set in private lawns, and shared use of 70 acres of parkland with natural ponds/picnic areas and a games barn which is open from 10am – 10pm. The games barn features a pool table, air hockey, table tennis set and numerous outdoor games.
Bedroom 1 is wheelchair friendly with increased floor space, wider doors and leading to an open plan adapted wet-room with underfloor heating. Super fast ‘Air-Fibre’ broadband is provided, plus a 43inch HDTV in the sitting room, and TVs in some bedrooms. The kitchen includes a range cooker, ‘American style’ fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. Digital heating throughout, and oak flooring on the ground floor.
The Manor Courthouse has 10 spacious bedrooms that can sleep up to 30 guests in total. Some single beds can also be zipped to form doubles when requested with a minimum week’s notice.
Whether you are interested in a nice relaxed staycation chilling in the Hot Tub or if you want to travel into the city to explore the sites and sounds of Oxford, this property is perfect for you and your group, whether it be a Stag or Hen Do or if you are having a family break away.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Oxford Manor Courthouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
