Stanstone Barn is a beautifully converted old forge that features seven bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The property has been tastefully converted whilst retaining the original character and features of the barn. This property is perfect for Stag and Hen groups who want the opportunity to unwind and relax.
The very large beamed living area features an open plan staircase and a fully equipped quality kitchen. One high chair is available. Double doors from the sitting room open out on to the patio. BBQ facilities are provided for which you will need to bring your own charcoal.

About Nottingham Stanstone Barn
There are two ground floor bedrooms, a twin with ensuite shower room and a bedroom with both a double and a single bed and a shower wet room accessible to wheel chair users.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms – three doubles, (one with an additional single bed and another with a chair bed) and a twin are accessed via the main staircase. The other double bedroom has its own staircase. All of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
The extremely large open plan living area, (approximately 50 x 18 ft), is ideal for large gatherings such as stag and hen do’s as well as family getaways.
All linen, towels and central hearing costs are provided. We provide a small, basic supply of various consumables for your arrival, (such as toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets, etc), but you will need to bring an addditional supply of such items to last the duration of your stay, in addition to the usual items you would bring on a self-catering holiday.
The dining room room has a large table for guests to sit and congregate, making the perfect space to play some games or just catch up! Next to the table is a snooker table, so if you want to show off your competitive side this is perfect for you and your group.
There is shared use of the tennis court with the other Cottages on site and you will need to bring rackets and balls.
You can also add either 1 or 2 hot tubs to this property for an extra fee, please enquire more for further information.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Derby Stanstone Barn, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
