Upstairs the 6 bedrooms offer accommodation for up to 14 people. 2 of the bedrooms offer 1 double and 1 single bed, with the other 4 rooms offering 2 single or double beds. There are 3 ensuite showers, with a further bathroom on the ground floor.
Sitting in beautiful, peaceful grounds, the property boasts use of a shared tennis court, and enjoys stunning views over the countryside. There is even a local pub just half a mile away!

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Nottingham Hen House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
