The Coachman's Quarters
The Coachman’s Quarters has been skillfully renovated retaining many exposed beams and trusses. The sunny patio to the side offers privacy and wonderful views over the surrounding fields. The sitting room is complete with a TV & DVD and leads to the large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, which also houses a pool table. A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a fridge freezer.

About The Coachman's Quarters
Of the four bedrooms, two have en-suite facilities and the other two share a family bathroom which has a shower over the bath. There is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double with en-suite shower room, an additional double room, and a triple bedroom (double plus single bed). There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. There is shared use of the tennis court, but you will need to bring rackets and balls.
In addition to the 11 guests this cottage sleeps, there are also 2 child Z beds and a Travel cot.
You can also add either 1 or 2 hot tubs to this property for an extra fee, if this is of interest please speak to your event coordinator after enquiring.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Coachman’s Quarters, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
