The large kitchen with separate dining area is easily able to sit the whole of your party together, there is also a good sized sitting room with patio doors opening on to a private patio with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

The large kitchen with separate dining area is easily able to sit the whole of your party together, there is also a good sized sitting room with patio doors opening on to a private patio with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.
You will need to bring your own consumables as they are not provided, such as washing liquid, loo rolls, bin bags, etc.

The large kitchen with separate dining area is easily able to sit the whole of your party together. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and one high chair.
There is a good sized sitting room with television, DVD and stereo and patio doors which open on to a private outdoor area with BBQ facilities, (please bring your own charcoal) and garden furniture, overlooking the wonderful surrounding countryside.
In addition to the kitchen, dining and sitting rooms, the ground floor has a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, a pool table, a large shower room with toilet and wash basin and two bedrooms - one with three single beds and the other with four.
First Floor
The first floor comprises one double bedroom, two double bedrooms which also have a single bed and a twin bedroom . All the bedrooms on this floor are en-suite.
Grounds
There is off road parking available. There is shared use of the tennis court, but rackets and balls are not provided.
