Woodchuck Barn is an impressive barn conversion that offers spacious accommodation for groups up to 17 people. This Nottingham holiday home is just 45 minutes outside of Nottingham city.
The barn boasts a large beamed sitting room which has a colour television and DVD, together with a half sized snooker table. The beamed kitchen/dining room is fully equipped, with an adjoining utility room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. One high chair is available.

About Woodchuck Barn
The kitchen door leads out on to a private patio area, complete with patio furniture and barbeque facilities, (please bring own charcoal), offering superb views over the rolling Derbyshire countryside.
There is one triple bedroom on the ground floor and a cloak room with toilet and wash basin.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double and a single bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There are two further bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms – one is a double and the other is a twin. The other two bedrooms – one double and one twin, share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. In addition to this there is also a small sofa bed, suitable for one adult
All linen, towels and central hearing costs are provided. We provide a small, basic supply of various consumables for your arrival, (such as toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, etc), but you will need to bring an additional supply to last the duration of your stay, together with the usual items you would normally take on a self-catering holiday.
There is shared use of the tennis court with the other Cottages on site and you will need to bring rackets and balls.
In addition to the 17 guests this cottage also has 1 child Z bed and 1 cot if needed.
You can also add either 1 or 2 hot tubs to this property for an extra fee, if this is of interest please speak to your event coordinator after enquiring.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Woodchuck Barn, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Security Deposit
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
