London Cookery School
Our central London cookery school is the perfect idea for a corporate day out. With a multitude of professional chefs on hand we'll have your team letting off some steam in no time - pun intended.
We try to keep the mood light in our kitchen, with unlimited alcohol (wine or fizz) at every event and our event managers will be keeping a smile on your face and helping out anyone who is struggling.
The class will begin with a fun and informative demonstration where you will be briefed on how to cook your menu along with tips and tricks of the trade. Following the demonstration everyone will go to their cooking stations and begin 'the cook’, during this time the chefs will be going round and helping where needed. When your food is ready you can take a seat around our dining table and indulge in the delicious food that you have just created in our homely and relaxed kitchens.
All this will be accompanied with music, warmth and a load of fun – a recipe for a successful day.

The ever so delicate and popular Macaron is a small circular French patisserie, typically made from ground almond and filled with a wide variety of fillings.

At this particular tea party there won’t be a March Hare or a Hatter but it will be a little Mad, with coloured cakes and delicious treats it won’t only be damn fun but it will be a great sight too!

The class will begin with a demonstration on how to master the macaron and will finish with you being a master of the macaron. You will also be making some sandwiches and savoury bites, which you can then sit and enjoy with an assortment of teas and fresh coffee

We will kick the class off with a fun demonstration, which will teach you the fundamentals of cooking with tips on certain ingredients we have chosen, or possibly those we haven’t - we don't want to make it that easy after all!
Ingredients will be revealed and you will have 2-2.5 hours to plan your menu, delegate, cook and of course present your 2 courses or canapes ready for chef inspection at the end.
Whoever thought making pasta was a waste of time will be proved wrong during this class. Gone with the flavourless supermarket ravioli and in with the homemade packed full pockets of joy!
