Able to comfortably sleep up to 20 guests across 7 bedrooms, this property makes for a great base of operations for any groups wanting to experience the very best of Leeds.
This house boasts a large open plan living room and dining area for your guests to socialise and relax. Half your group can sit around the glass table in the living room, whilst the rest sit around the sofas, or at the breakfast stall in the kitchen.

Leading out from the open plan living room and dining room, head outside into the garden for a spot of fresh air. For an optional fee you can add a hot tub and BBQ facilities to the hot tub to really make the most of your stay.
Kirkstall is a lovely location, with plenty of restaurants and local pubs nearby with delicious local craft beers and ales. Planning a trip or two into Leeds city centre? No problem, there are great bus links and a taxi will take you no time at all. The city has a booming nightlife scene, with a huge plethora of eating and drinking destinations.

To secure your booking at the Leeds Large Group Holiday Home, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
