The Kemptown Nest is a super stylish townhouse situated in the heart of Brighton’s vibrant Kemptown, just 100 metres from the seafront. The property has 3 bedrooms all with single beds in so that everyone can have the comfort of a great night’s sleep by themselves.
There is a large family bathroom and a further shower-room in the house. The Kemptown Nest has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for all of your self-catering needs and a funky chill-out lounge with seating for both relaxing and dining for all guests.
This lovely self catering property is ideally located in the heart of Brighton’s Kemptown, just minutes from the seafront and only 500 metres from the Palace Pier with shops, bars and restaurants literally on your door-step. You can say goodbye to public transport because practically everything is walkable from Kemptown. There are also plenty of cafes in the area, perfect for a big breakfast after a night out.
The Kemptown Nest welcomes all groups to stay including friends and families celebrating special occasion, corporate groups, as well as well behaved stag and hen groups wanting to stay central and experience everything our vibrant city has to offer.
To secure your booking at The Kemptown Nest, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
