About Holly Barn
The living area has a large flatscreen TV and plenty of seating, perfect for entertaining groups when you’re note venturing out to the surrounding cities of Bath & Bristol.
The kitchen is also a lovely size with a large dining table in the middle, perfect for a home-cooked meal, takeaway nights, or hiring one of our private chefs. The interior is finished to resemble a gorgeous cabin with beautiful woodwork throughout.
All on one level, the bedrooms are perfect for large groups that want to stay together and ideal for stag and hen parties wanting to relive an old-school slumber party. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers in each.
With Bristol city centre a 20-minute drive away, and Bath a 30-minute ride away, you’re in a fantastic setting to visit either city during your stay.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at Holly Barn, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
