Highvale Mountain Lodge is more than a place to stay. From the moment you step onto the terrace and take in the sweeping views of the Lake District, you’ll know you’ve found something special. Living Space
The open-plan living area is the heart of the property. Bespoke furnishings and a state-of-the-art sound system make it the perfect spot for everything from chilled mornings with coffee to lively evenings with friends. Multiple games rooms keep the energy flowing, with arcade machines, pool, foosball, and even air hockey ready for some friendly competition. There is plenty of seating for every guest throughout the entire house, including the social areas like the living area, kitchen, dining area and games room.
Kitchen
Foodies will love the gourmet kitchen, fully kitted out with everything you need to cook up a storm or bring in a private chef if you’re feeling fancy. With a large dining space, meals here feel like a real event, whether you’re enjoying a pizza fresh from the outdoor stone oven or a hearty breakfast before a day of exploring. What’s really unique about the kitchen is the swing stools at the breakfast table, everyone will be fighting over sitting in one of those!

Booking Information
To secure your booking at Highvale Mountain Lodge, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
