Edinburgh Colzium is a newly renovated estate house situated in the Pentlands nestled amongst 5 acres of country land. Scotland’s city centre is approximately a 30-40 minute drive away and within reach for anyone wanting to visit Scotland’s historic capital.
Edinburgh Colzium features 9 bedrooms, a bespoke kitchen with a pantry and beautiful views of the countryside. With a large communal function room that can seat up to 21 guests, this space is perfect for banquet and dinner events. On the first floor you can find a spacious and cosy living room with TV and 270 degrees views of the breathtaking landscape.

The Edinburgh Colzium is surrounded by beautiful country landscapes and is the perfect accommodation for large groups looking to get out of the city and reconnect with each other and nature.
It’s a fantastic option for family get-togethers, and well-behaved stag and hen groups. Less than a 40 minute drive outside of Edinburgh city centre, you can take advantage of both the countryside peace and quiet, and the vibrant nightlife that Edinburgh has to offer.
If your group is looking for a few activities to liven up your event, we can offer Highland games on-site at Edinburgh Colzium. Alternatively, there’s a fantastic outdoor multi-activity site just a 10 minute drive away offering quad biking, clay shooting, archery, and much more!

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Edinburgh Colzium, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Security Deposit
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
