In the shadow of a castle, just outside Matlock, these luxury studio apartments are great for a large group. There are 10 en-suite rooms with four poster beds, Sony LCD TVs, dining areas and mini kitchens equipped with a combination microwave oven, fridge, kettle/toaster and Wedgwood china.
Get a group of 20 people together to rent all 10 rooms and you’ll get complimentary private use of the chandelier lit dining room and conservatory. The conservatory has a large LCD TV and wood multi-fuel stove for the winter months.
The accommodation is located 20-30 minutes from Derby and just 40 minutes from Nottingham.

Nine of the rooms are furnished with a four-poster bed. The tenth room has a super king-size bed or twin beds.
All the rooms have a dining area and mini kitchen with a combination microwave oven, fridge & kettle. En-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.

To secure your booking at Derby Self Catering Country Apartments, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
