About Caverns Adventure Course
Caverns is a unique subterranean adventure that takes you deep into a Victorian-era slate mine, where you’ll embark on a journey through a series of exhilarating challenges. The course features 13 adrenaline-pumping zip lines, interconnected by via ferrata climbs, rope bridges, and tightropes, all designed to test your courage and stamina. Before diving into the main event, participants undergo a comprehensive training session to ensure everyone is geared up and ready to tackle the underground escapade safely.
Fun fact: All year round, this underground space keeps a steady temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius.

What to expect
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by friendly staff and provided with all necessary safety gear. The adventure kicks off with a training session to familiarise you with the equipment and course layout.
Once trained, you’ll descend into the depths of the mine, where a labyrinth of zip lines and obstacles awaits. The entire experience lasts approximately 3 hours, during which you’ll soar through vast caverns, traverse narrow ledges, and conquer heart-pounding challenges, all while surrounded by the awe-inspiring beauty of the underground landscape.
