A highly entertaining event with competing teams vying to produce a creative vision for the latest calendar designs.

Shoot Your Own Calendar Photos

Using high quality digital cameras teams must create; style and shoot their own interpretation of each month of their calendar. Imagination, flare and creativity will be essential in orchestrating the chosen shots!

Each team will have an allocated budget in order to rent essential props, costumes and materials with planning time to decide on which items they should utilise for their images.

Teams will also be given the opportunity to have dedicated studio time for their front cover shot which will be taken on a professional green screen with lighting. They can also select and purchase various backgrounds, why not be at the Taj Mahal!

Create A Company Calendar

The event culminates with the presentations of the shots taken by each team on a large screen, whereby guests must pitch their creations to the judges. Teams will also have the opportunity to vote for their favourite images for each month, which will be put together to form a master calendar. A combination of votes and the judge's scores will decide the best individual month and overall winning calendar.

Following the event, you will be sent a fully bound calendar. Important company dates can be added to your souvenir calendar!
