The Bristol Sun House is comprised of two stylish, modern buildings located just outside of Bath and Bristol. Ideal for large stag and hen groups of up to 18 guests looking to celebrate in either city.
The main building contains 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 guests. The second cabin is just 65 metres away from the main house and sleeps a further 10 guests. It’s predominantly used as an annexe but still has its own kitchen, lunge and huge garden.

About Bristol Sun House
The main building acts as the central hub between the two buildings. It has a massive living room with comfy sofas and large 60″ Smart TV. It’s the perfect space for getting everyone together to socialise and entertain.
The Bristol Sun House boasts a fantastic outdoor decked area which you can get to from the living room. The space is perfect for you and your group to relax and unwind either in the Hot Tub or by relaxing on the outdoor furniture. This spot is perfect for group to put their feet up and enjoy the sun. Also, the property provides a BBQ allowing you to cook a smokey feast on those warmer days.
There is ample parking on-site for guests to use. Driving to the Bristol Sun House will enable you to travel to nearby activity sites or visit Bristol & Bath. Alternatively, you can easily arrange a minibus to take you to and from the property.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Bristol Sun House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Security Deposit
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
