Welcome to our expansive sea-facing apartment, ideally situated for those wanting to explore all that Brighton has to offer. This vibrant space features a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for gatherings. Please note that this accommodation is exclusively for guests aged 21 and older.
The Space
This apartment serves as an excellent retreat for a group of friends eager to enjoy their Brighton getaway. You’ll have the luxury of a private balcony that opens from the living area, offering stunning views of Brighton Palace Pier and the beautiful coastline. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for casual meals and drinks, including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all necessary tableware and glassware.
Each bedroom is fitted with blackout blinds, and fresh towels will be provided for all guests.
With 2.5 bathrooms, getting ready for a night out or a day of adventure is a breeze, even for larger groups. The spacious living areas provide the perfect setting for gathering with loved ones and creating lasting memories.
Situated in an unbeatable location, you are just a three-minute stroll to the beach, a five-minute walk to central Brighton, and a 15-minute walk from the train station.

The Brighton Seascape Apartment is located directly above a club and terrace in Brighton two stories above. On some weekdays and most weekends, the bar with be playing loud music. Although the apartment is located two floors above, the music will occasionally be heard in the apartment. The club closes at 4am. For groups looking to experience Brighton’s nightlife, this shouldn’t pose a problem.
Additionally, please note that this historic building lacks a lift; access is via the main staircase, which may pose a challenge for those with mobility concerns or families with strollers. The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, bars, and beachfront attractions, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of Brighton.
