Situated opposite the Brighton Royal Pavilion, you’ve got everything on your doorstep and within walking distance including the beach, Brighton Pier, North Laine shops, tasty restaurants, pubs, bars and nightlife!

About Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse
There are 8 bathrooms and the house has an enormous dining table to seat your whole group.
The house has been fully refurbished to a very high standard. Contemporary in design it offers a classy weekend in Brighton.
The bedrooms throughout the house follow the bright and fresh concepts, each room being light with large windows offering fabulous views of Brighton, the Brighton Dome and Royal Pavilion.
We have lots of flexibility with the bedrooms in the property. We can either have single room occupancy or for large groups we can add additional bunk beds to accommodate all the guests in single beds!

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Security Deposit
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
