Rosewood House is a newly renovated, beautiful Moroccan themed property in the very heart of Brighton’s party village of Kemptown. It has a fabulous dining room and communal space, with5 bedrooms sleeping up to 22 guests.
A wonderfully spacious property with a very easy minute stroll to the beach, you really could not ask for more. The house is divided over five floors and you will find yourselves in a deliciously stylish wonderland.

About Luxury Hen House
The property is accessed through its own private entrance at the front of the property.

The kitchen and lounge area is a sensational open plan space, with comfy sofas festooned with colourful cushions. Trifold doors open to the Rhiad style courtyard garden. Entertain friends and family in stylish luxury in the open plan kitchen with black matt units and rich warm tiles.
Huge Moroccan lamps hang from the high high ceilings. A further stunning mezzanine with cushions and pouffes completes the lavish atmosphere. Semi professional kitchen, complete with everything from tagines to tea glasses!
The Rhiad Terrace is a fantastic courtyard with decked bench seating and twinkling lights above. Large trifold doors open from the living room onto the terrace ideal for sipping Moroccan tea or enjoying a glass or two!
The dining room is a Fabulous dining space with mirrored pillars make this a super vibrant dining experience!
Get your dancing shoes on girls, move tables and benches to the side and there is plenty of space for you to cut some shapes to some cool tunes on the wall mounted flat screen TV.
There are five beautiful bright high spec bathrooms with colourful tiling, oval mirrored cabinets for that luxury look.
Rosewood House is within close proximity to Brighton beach, as well as the plenty of restaurants and bars, making it the perfect place to stay for your group.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Brighton Luxury Hen Party House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
