About Hargate House
This vacation rental offers ample space for a large group or family.
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a spacious hallway leading to a well-equipped kitchen and dining room that seats 16. Sliding doors provide access to a private courtyard for enjoying meals outdoors. A utility room and a separate toilet with a sink add extra convenience on the ground floor.
Heading upstairs, you’ll find a huge living room comfortably furnished for 18 guests. This versatile space even includes Ikea chair beds and a sofa bed to accommodate additional visitors. The first floor also boasts two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with bunk beds that can sleep up to five. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower completes this floor.
Luxury awaits on the second floor, where the master bedroom features a superking bed and an additional Ikea chair bed. The en-suite bathroom provides a private space to unwind. An additional superking bed with zip and link functionality offers flexibility in the fourth bedroom. The fifth and final bedroom boasts a double bed, while the family bathroom features a full-size bath, perfect for soaking after a long day of exploring.

To secure your booking at the Brighton Hargate House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
