Spanning five floors, the central Brighton Hippodrome House is an incredibly spacious and newly redecorated home that can comfortably accommodate large groups of up to 22 people. It features a large entertaining and dining area, courtyards and outstanding views over Brighton.
The house is in a perfect location for experiencing everything Brighton has to offer. Based within the iconic Brighton Lanes area, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, plus trendy bars and independent shops to explore. A minutes’ walk from the beach you can find the new i360 and the famous Palace Pier, along with all of the popular nightlife on offer.

About Hippodrome House
The extra large kitchen diner area boasts a large spacious dining table and generous space to entertain, opening out to a covered courtyard designed in a trendy Palm Springs style with a twist of a Moroccan vibe, with comfortable seating extending the space for you and your guests. Multiple new lighting installations can be altered to create the perfect mood light for dinner, pre drinks or cocktails later in the evening and our customised neon light gives the perfect after hours vibe.
The spiral staircase to the basement leads down to a shower room.
A Utility room equipped with two fridges and access to a further toilet and shower room is found at the back of the kitchen area.
The fabulously decorated hallway leads to the four bedrooms, en-suite, living room and master bathroom. Full length mirrors on the back of every bedroom door.
The ‘penthouse suite’ is an inviting double bedroom with en-suite shower room, leading out to the exclusive rooftop terrace with comfy outside furniture, you can enjoy sea views and the rooftops of Brighton City.
Two further bedrooms designed with a sleek minimal finish and fitted with all brand new beds and bedding, will host most of your guests and be the centre of the sleepover party no doubt. A mini outside terrace with bamboo furniture keeps this floor bright and airy.
The first floor hosts the bright and spacious living room, with three large corner sofas which can be used as double sofa beds if you require extra beds. Our popular citrus ceiling fills the room with warmth and is the perfect space for relaxing with friends, or enjoying some pre-drinks and nibbles. Our blow dry bar with a well-lit Hollywood make-up mirror is situated within the first floor double bedroom.
The main bathroom has a brand new plush bathroom suite and has marble tiles on the floors and walls, use the freestanding bath to relax or the overhead shower to get yourself glammed up.
New to the property is your very own selfie studio in the lower ground floor. After getting suited and booted for your night out, head downstairs to take some stunning selfies. This space includes tripod, ring light, fun gold backdrop, seating area and props to stage the perfect photos for your stay.
All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Brighton Hippodrome House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
