To secure your booking at Brackenwood Manor – East Wing, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.

Please note that Brackenwood Manor – East Wing is part of Brackenwood Manor Hall. There is also Brackenwood Manor – West Wing located on the same site which can be booked independently, or with the East Wing so that you have full use of the entire property for a much larger group.
Both East Wing and West Wing are separate accommodations with their own private entrances, exits, and gardens. Rest assured, you will be in complete privacy and won’t be in contact with any groups that have the opposite wing booked.
