This large Bournemouth seaside house is situated on the clifftop with stunning sea views over the Isle of White and Bournemouth Pier. Within minutes walking distance from the city centre, convenience stores, bars and restaurants, and the sandy beachfront, your group will be in the best location to experience everything this wonderful city has to offer.
The Seaside House can sleep up to 26 guests across 8 bedrooms with 7 internal bathrooms, all spread across four floors.
Guests can sit back and enjoy a film or the next big sporting event in the living room that features a cinema projection screen linked to a sound system.
Comprising of two kitchens with a commercial size oven (6 gas burners), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and large fridge / freezer. There's also an additional fridge in the dining room, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
We welcome you to take advantage of our large hot tub that sits on the decking under cover. Please note there is an additional fee to use the hot tub during your stay. While the hot tub can't fit the entire house at once, we also have outdoor seating for the rest of the group so you can continue to socialise. You'll also have access to BBQ facilities, perfect for cooking up a feast on the warmer days.
For the sporty members of your group that like some competition, work up a sweat in our games room with table tennis and table football.

Each bedroom sleeps up to 4 guests. Beds can be rearranged as a lot of these are singles, meaning they can be put together to form doubles where needed.

There is also a shepherd's hut which is able to offer basic sleeping for a further two guests.
On-site you can park 4-5 cars at the front of the property.
