The Bournemouth Multi-Activity Venue has everything you need to for a thrilling and varied outdoors adventure. With years of experience, you're guaranteed maximum enjoyment for the entire group throughout the day on a range of activities.
With over 27 years of experience and a team of marshals who have played the game professionally for many years, we like to think we know what you are looking for. We are also an accredited member of the United Kingdom Paintball Sports Federation and ensure the highest standards of safety without compromising on enjoyment.
You’ll be able to participate in a variety of game zones with purpose built structures including the fort and FOB (as used in recent military operations) and a variety of military vehicles. When you’re not on the field, you’re able to spectate in a covered seating and viewing area. Tea, coffee and light refreshments are available, together with a hot cooked lunch.
The four main games you'll play are:
Woodland - a traditional paintball scenario that allows you to ease yourself into the game through the use of cover and stealth.
The Fort - Ideal for those that like to get up close and personal. It's securely built on numerous levels, with both stairs and battlements, this provides a high adrenaline, fast action game – not for the faint hearted!
Enemy HQ: The petroleum depot - Feel immersed in battle as you're surrounded by military vehicles (including soviet armour, a BV202, 434 and a FUG OT64).
UNIQUE - Sup-Air Field - Out of the woodlands and into the open. This is a faster action game of a speedball field, requiring the skills of teamwork, communication, and 'watching the angles' to eliminate the opposition. Very much like a game of chess, the sup-air field incorporates speed, anticipating the opponents next move and always being one step ahead.
Clay Pigeon Shooting
Clay shooting is a sport that requires hand eye co-ordination and accuracy. This activity is styled loosely on a military shoot. After guidance from qualified coaches, clays will be launched in pairs or singly depending upon your experience and ability; the aim being to break as many as possible.
You’ll be made aware of safety rules upon arrival. Our marshals all hold shotgun licenses and have shooting experience themselves. You will be using a 12 bore shotgun, over and under, single trigger, ejectors. This experience is great for beginners and those that have been shooting for years.
Quad Biking (Hens Only)
Hop on a heavy duty 250cc Suzuki and tackle challenging terrain. These heavy duty bikes are engineered to cope with all weather and all terrain. The quadbike experience is a track event that incorporates all the obstacles, manoeuvres, humps, bumps and ditches you would find on a trail, drawing on your skill and sense of adventure.
You will be given a safety briefing and issued with all safety gear, and overalls are provided. Your session will commence with a brake test, followed by a carefully engineered track to test your skill.
Have you got the accuracy to master this traditional sporting activity? You’ll be inducted as to how to use the bow and arrow. Three stands, each with a target depicting differently sized decreasing circles, will be placed at varying distances from you. The closer your arrow is to the centre, the higher your score. Your final score is the sum of all your shots. You will be using recurved bows and we can cater for left handed people.
One of our most popular activities is the commando style assault course! It’s muddy, tough and wet, but a great team building and social exercise. The course includes a scramble net, rope bridges, balance beams, monkey bars, tunnels, the wall and floating "stepping stones" for a 'total wipeout'. Work as part of a team to make it through to the end. The course is designed to test you both mentally and physically. Do you have what it takes to make it all of the way through?
Please remember to say which activities you would like in the additional comments section after enquiring.
