Mulberry House is a modern and chic property situated in Bournemouth just 1.4 miles from the famous Boscombe Beach, and can sleep up to 18 guests. It’s been designed with style and space, and for group trips, family gatherings, and special occasions in mind.
The accommodation features a generous lounge area, furnished with comfortable sofa seats and a large television. It serves as a central gathering space for guests to come together, enjoy movie nights, or engage in lively conversations. The lounge is designed to accommodate everyone, offering ample seating and a warm ambiance for shared moments and quality time.
When it’s time to rest, Mulberry House has five beautifully decorated bedrooms to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep for all guests.
Fully equipped kitchen ith modern appliances, ample counter space, and a wide range of utensils. From preparing simple snacks to whipping up gourmet meals, you’ll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires during your stay.
For guests who want to make the most of the sunshine, Mulberry House offers an open-air grill zone for a tasty BBQ experience. The charming garden offers comfortable furniture with lush greens and flowers to unwind in the fresh air. One of the property’s most loved features is the large hot tub in the garden, available exclusively to you.
Adjacent to the lounge is a separate indoor dining area, complete with a spacious table and chairs. This area provides an elegant setting for enjoying meals together or hosting intimate dinner parties.
Mulberry House also provides several well-equipped washrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests. The modern fixtures, ample space, and provision of towels and toiletries add to the overall comfort and ease of your stay.
To secure your booking at Bournemouth Mulberry House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
