About Bournemouth Central House
Be welcomed to The Bournemouth Central House the ideal accommodation for spontaneous group gatherings or hen and stag dos. The apartment is perfectly situated along the Bournemouth strip with eclectic night clubs, bars and adult entertainment whilst also benefitting from being a stones throw from Bournemouth’s iconic 7 mile coastline with award-winning beaches, water sports activities and casinos. The apartment is open-plan and separated into four; dining area, kitchen area, sleeping area and living area and sleeps up to ten guests. The Bournemouth Central House also features an outside garden area, free off-road parking and complimentary WIFI. Additional parking for a second parking space is available at a surcharge.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Bournemouth Central House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.
Security Deposit
Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
