Participants are formed into teams whose aim is to out-perform, out-manoeuvre and out-think the opposition while maximising points. Choosing from 'Challenge Menus', the teams take on an assault course of creative, mental and physical tasks. This approach allows the participants to dictate their team strategy and the order in which they take on the challenges. The teams will soon discover that clear thinking, exceptional organisation skills and strategy are essential in order to keep pace with the action and keep ahead of the opposition, especially when tackling several challenges at once. The teams must also work as a real team if they are to succeed with everyone involved and playing their part.

Each team is based at their own team table, whilst the activities are orchestrated at central control desks. Suitable for any venue, the wide range of challenges can be located both indoors and out. The challenges can also be tailored to fit the themes of your conference and reinforce your key messages.
