Battle of the Big Tops is an exhilarating, fun and challenging experience that climaxes in a unique circus performance specially created by your delegates. They have to combine their skills to organise, manage, stage and perform a spectacular circus show to a real invited audience.

This adrenaline-fuelled and unforgettable event inspires individuals go beyond their personal expectations. It is also a fantastic way of encouraging collaboration, leadership and creativity - the true spirit of the circus.

In just one day, under the expert guidance of our professional artistes, participants learn and perfect all the skills necessary to become seasoned circus performers. As the giant clock counts down towards showtime the group is broken down into smaller teams that each concentrate on a specific element of the performance or running of the show.

They will try things they have never attempted before, gain new skills, and achieve what before they might have thought was impossible from stilt-walking, clowning, trapeze and juggling, to building human pyramids and walking the high-wire.

The grand finale show is the perfect opportunity to take the physical and organisational skills learned over the day and unite the team to put on the Greatest Show on Earth. Their hard work is inevitably rewarded with cheers and applause as well as a new found individual and team confidence and spirit of collaboration.
